Baked Rosemary and Lemon Chicken

Had some chicken drumsticks in the freezer, so I thawed them out, left them to marinate in lemon juice and rosemary for a few hours, then put them in the oven and baked them until cooked.

To make some yourself, you'll need:
rosemary sprigs
garlic, crushed
a but of soy sauce
salt and pepper

Let the chicken marinate in lemon juice, soy sauce. Add the crushed garlic and rosemary sprigs and massage the marinade into the chicken. Leave inside the ref for a few hours.

Then place the chicken on top of rosemary and lemon slices in a baking dish. Add more rosemary and lemon slices on top. Sprinkle with pepper. 

Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes in 200 degrees. Turn the chicken once in a while to ensure even cooking. Slice the meat of the chicken to check if the meat has cooked through.
