Clam soup
























I enjoy clams steamed and then dunked into a small bowl of vinegar and some pepper. But I like to experiment with things I find in the market. So I came up with another soup recipe perfect for a wet and dreary day.

To make this yourself, you'll need some:
clams, cleaned (See past post about clams here
water
garlic
parsley
ginger, crushed
a bit of olive oil
a bit of fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Put some olive oil in a pot. Once hot, at the garlic and crushed ginger. Add the cleaned clams, and cover with a lid. Let the juices of the clams come out. Then add water, torn parsley, and seasoning to taste.
