Chorizo Omellete

To make this quick breakfast dish, I sauteed chopped garlic, onions and potatoes. Once cooked, I added pieces of chorizo and eggs into the pan and stirred briskly. I served this with cherry tomatoes and sunflower sprouts for added nutrition.
