Sour Cream Chicken

Got this recipe from the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet book years ago. But of course I've tweaked it so much and I always cook way more than their recommended portion. Haha! Mike loves it and that's the only thing that's important.

To make this yourself, you'll need:
chicken breast fillet, cut into smaller pieces
sour cream (and all-purpose cream if you like)
onions, chopped
garlic, chopped
sliced mushrooms
olive oil
rosemary
cayenne pepper
salt
Knorr chicken cube (yeah. it's the not-so-healthy secret ingredient! LOL)

Saute the onions and garlic in some olive oil. Add the mushrooms. Cook the chicken and lightly brown both sides. Then add a bit of sour cream. You can also add more all-purpose cream if you you'd prefer the sauce to not to be too tangy. Then add a small piece of Knorr chicken cube and some cayenne pepper to taste. Add the rosemary, turn off the heat of the stove, and let the flavors meld together for a bit. You can serve this with rice or as a sauce for pasta!
