THAT, people of the interwebz, is a scrumptious piece of heaven! Tim Ho Wan's Char siu bau. Baked barbecue buns that are savory, soft, absolutely delish up to the last morsel.

Ate this last year on my birthday. And I've been craving for it ever since.
