Cheesy Beef Triangles




This post was inspired by Erika's Beef Bites.

I had already pre-cooked a batch of ground beef (The rest was used to make bolognese, tortang talong, and a stir-fry dish). I simply cooked it with chopped onions, garlic.

To make these, I added chopped parsley and cheese to the beef. Then I put some in the middle of wonton wrappers, brushed the sides with egg and folded and sealed them into triangles. I dipped them into an egg bath before frying.

I imagine dipping these in a bit of garlic sour cream.
