Peppery Tartine

Radish, salami milano, arugula, and brie on top of Lartizan Sourdough Rye bread.

I was meaning to top the bread off with just raw ingredients. The salami and cheese had to act as a buffer for now. They tamed the peppery kick of the raw arugula and spicy radish slices.
