Corn, Beef and Beans

I wanted to make use of the french beans I was able to buy at Santi's. I decided to make a version of a Corn and Beef dish that our yaya makes.

The end result was a light beef and vegetable dish of yummy, crunchy flavors and textures!

I love french beans! I can't remember which restaurant I first ate a pile of them, but since then, I've been grabbing packages of it at groceries whenever they're available. They're 100% more expensive than normal green beans, but I like them better. And when you think about it, P100 for a pack is way cheaper than paying P500+ for a main dish with french beans on the side.

To make this, you'll need:
beef strips- sliced thinly
french beans- trim the edges
corn- I used the canned variety
olive oil
salt and pepper
soy sauce
squeeze of lemon

Marinate the beef in soy sauce and lemon juice of a few hours or overnight.

Saute garlic and onions in some olive oil. Add the corn and french beans. Then add the beef and quickly season with salt and pepper. The dish is done once the beef has turned from red to brown.
