Herb Pork Chops

This is one of Mike's favorite dishes. He orders pork chops in Cyma and Cibo, but I'm sure his favorite is the version I make at home ;p

This recipe is quite fool proof actually. You just need to marinate it then fry in the pan for a few minutes on each side. This time, I made zucchini and red rice to go with it.

You can also play around with the sidings you serve it with. You can use those frozen carrots, corn and peas from the grocery, lettuce with blue cheese sauce, buttered mashed potatoes, or couscous with lemon.

To make this, you'll need:
pork chops
olive oil
soy sauce
salt and pepper

Marinate the pork chops in soy sauce, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme

Heat up olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. Add the pork chop and (depending on the thickness of the meat) cook til each side has good brown, sear marks.
