Baked Salmon

At a recent get-together with my college girlfriends, our host, Qae, served Conti's famous Baked Salmon. Yum!

I was craving for some more, so when I saw a fresh piece of Salmon fillet at Rustan's, I knew we just had to have salmon for dinner.

Qae also gifted me with the book called 400 Calorie Fix Cookbook. For the past few days, I've sort of been adding up calories in my head.

So I decided to omit the cheesy topping that makes Conti's Baked Salmon so delectable. As my mom always says, Makasalanan! (Sinful!)

To make this, you'll need:
salmon fillet
lemon
salt and pepper
dill
olive oil

Scale the fish. Rinse with water then pat dry with a paper towel.

Place lemon slices in a baking dish. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on top of the lemon. Squeeze lemon on to the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Place dill on top.

Bake in 200degree oven for about 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky but moist.

For sidings, I made roasted potatoes, radishes and french beans. You can also serve this with a lemon and dill mixed into some sour cream.
