Caldereta Pasta

What do you do with left-over Caldereta? You whip up a batch of Caldereta Pasta, of course!

To make this, you'll need:
pasta- I used spaghetti
red bell pepper strips- I used the pre-made, roasted, skinned and soaked in brine kind
olives
olive oil
pepper

Boil the pasta as per packet instructions, then drain. But save a bit of water for the sauce.

Cut the meat into small cubes or strips. Add chopped olives and bell pepper strips. Add the pasta. Sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle a bit of olive oil. Add the caldereta sauce and the pasta water. Mix then serve while hot. 

You can add grated cheese and chopped parsley. I just forgot to! It will add delectable and refreshing notes to the dish.
